We only spent one night at Stone Circle Lodge on our way back from Kruger to Cape Town – but it turned out to be an absolute highlight of our trip. The lodge itself is freshly renovated, well equipped, and radiates a heartwarming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away.
The conversations with Barbora, John, and Michael were simply outstanding – deep, open, and truly inspiring. These encounters were just as memorable for us as the tours themselves.
A big thank you to Edwin, who guided us exclusively to Adam’s Calendar, the Stone Circles, and the museum. His passion and explanations brought the ancient sites to life in a way we will never forget. Would really recommend a stop at this place if you are heading along that part of the...

It doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of town. A wonderful venue to book out in a crowd. Our company was fantastic. Pity you can’t always repeat that. It was cold when we were there and the fire made it feel so cosy and comfortable. We didn’t get to see the museum which I’m sure I would’ve loved. I’ll have to go back to visit again. Well done Barbora and John. You make...
