Pizza Perfect Witbank — Local services in Emalahleni Local Municipality

On Thursday 27/10/2022 I have ordered a Mystic Pizza from Pizza Perfect. It was delivered within 20 Minutes - which was a surprise- as you normally have a waiting time of 30 minutes+ if you need them to deliver. On delivery, I have tapped my bank card, and we were waiting more than 5 minutes. While we were waiting for the payment to go through, I was opening the box to see what the pizza looked like. It sure did looked amazing. I took a knife and cut a piece of about 3cm to taste as it looked so good, and to my disappointment, the base of the pizza was still raw. I even gave the delivery guy, Junior, a same piece to taste and he also confirmed that the base was still raw. I already gave him a R20.00 tip in cash, and all the time we were waiting for the transaction to go through. As we all know there is load shedding and even our computers at work was sooooooo slow. Then only the card shows the transaction as declined and Junior said its because of the long time that it took to go through. I asked him to please take the pizza back and requested they send it back to us cooked. He had no problem to do so and even promise to come back. After about 15 minutes a very rude Lady phoned me and said the rudest things to me. She did not even give me an opportunity to explain what happened. Only accusing me of eating the pizza before I paid for it. WOW, lady, do you think a 3cm piece of pizza is enough for me? To fill an empty stomach? And it was not a whole slice. This is unacceptable behaviour from Management of the shop. There is no way that I would not have paid for the pizza. I only asked for them to bake it and sent it back to us. What a dissapointment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We thought that this is now our NEW FAVOURITE pizza shop in Witbank. I will however, not try to buy...

I've just had a very disapointing experience from the pizza I've received at this outlet: I had ordered a salami, olive, onion - Greek - pizza, to realise later at home that none of the ingredients were of any quality. Firstly, there was no salami but the cheap canned beef added. Then, there were no black - Greek - olives but the brown, sour, not nice tasting olives, added in a large amount making the pizza to taste horrible. Lastly, onions were so scarce, I had to look for, to find some pieces here and there . Definitely not...

The terrible service I received from Lerato made me feel like a bagger, yet I spent my hard earned money. No smile even when I tried to make a conversation trying to lighten her up. She's was rude. I waited because I was hungry and was late, if it was not that I would have left and asked for my refund. Please teach her how to treat her customers well. The other staff are very friendly and helpful. Because of Lerato I don't think I'll ever buy from Pizza Perfect Witbank Sasol...
