My grandmother was admitted two days ago for a serious bladder infection... she had a few tests that had to be done but we were told that she had to stay in hospital(we were gona bring here in for the tests) because they have her on an antibiotic drip... but we found out that they lied and she is only on a seline drip! She can’t walk on her own due to osteoporosis and her back being injured from exstensive kidey stone removals... yet still they left her to get from her bed to the bathroom without any assistance... and to no surprise she fell... and hurt her back!!!! (She could have been paralyzed now) My point is! They’re services are atrocious and the staff have absolutely no compassion! The hygiene is horrendous too! They call her Sister Duma , while she attending to me I told her that I already got help and she waved at me signaling that she doesn't really care , I obviously let that go but she continued being mean to other people older then me mind you I'm 19 years old. Imagine I went there, I told them of my condition and they still said it’s Mpox, took sample and told me to isolate, they didn’t even give me any ointment or pill nothing. I almost died.
