The place has so much potential but it seems to be struggling to live up to its expectations. It’s been declining over the years and with Covid, things truly went downhill from then. The service was quick due to it being quiet. The card machine now working was a bit of a let down.

Not a nice experience at all. Waited about 3 hours for food to be served although we booked a table. Customers inside got better service with tables decorated. I dont think im going to use your service soon. It's ridiculous just waiting for your starter to be served for 3 hours. You guys sure can do better. So...

Worst service ever. Waiting period for your food is 1 hour plus no matter the place is packed or not. Few waiters on the floor. They promised Christmas lunch with water slides but was only a jumping castle. Beer limited to drink. I am a residence in Kuruman and this place failed everytime we went to dine...

Came into the restaurant around 21:00 yes it’s late but had a long day of travel. Stood at the door for 5mins before I got served (staff all looked at me). When I asked to be seated to have dinner I was told “John we closed at 21:30 so be quick” terrible service and staff nowhere...
