I hired one of their two wheel bubble machines for my sons birthday party. Though the quote process was relatively easy and the price was moderate, I want to mention that only one of the two wheels was operational. Meaning less bubbles than expected. Part of the party theme was Bubbles. The machine itself is very old, rusty and not well looked after at all. I wouldn't recommend hiring their bubble machine. We were instructed to deliver the item before 10am on the Monday morning, no one was at the property to receive it, so there was no one to inform of our experience. This is the condition of the jumping castle I received. It couldn't even blow up because of the massive holes in it and the insulation tape fixing. I did request a new jumping castle and they did deliver but this was 2 hours after my party already started. I only had the venue for 3 hours so the kids only had one hour to jump. It was extremely stressful to have a party and this is what you working with. Rather take that stress of yourself and hire from somewhere trustworthy that checks their rentals before they go out. We hired The Kraken slide for a kiddies birthday party. From start to finish, the service by Fun-Fx was prompt and professional.
