Went for lunch today for Mothers Day. Phoned on Tuesday to book a table for 8 adults, 7 kids outside by the kids play area. She did phone to say could they move us to the upper outside area but not to the smoking area!! Arrived to find we were seated in the smoking area which we were not happy about because we don’t smoke and there was a sewerage smell coming from the bathrooms which had been there 3 weeks ago already when we were there. Asked to be seated elsewhere because the smell was also making my pregnant daughter nauseous and was told by ‘Tracey’ who shouted at me very rudely that this is all they had so take it or leave it as she’s very busy. Her words exactly. She said people probably won’t smoke there which they already were. I asked, and if people are smoking then what do we do, to which she replied, then YOU can tell them not to. 😡 I work in the restaurant business and that’s a sure fire way to loose a customer which she did today. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!! Won’t spend my hard earned money...

Did not have a nice experience at the restaurant at all. Table was not cleaned nicely had to ask the waiter to clean before we were seated. Pushed 2 dirty serviets in the corner with my shoe that was underneath our table from previous customers. Next moment another family was seated next to our table and they had a dog with them "not a guide dog" this is a restaurant? Did not see them serve dog food. The dog was underneath our table a few times. One of our orders had to be corrected due to waiter making a mistake. Service was okay but not restaurant quality few errors but was resolved. Food was excellent. Unfortunately won't be dining...

I know very little about gardening and it's a bit of a struggle to keep even grass alive. The staff have always treated me well and explain things in a way that help me understand how to make my dream of a veggie garden a reality. My mom, on the other hand, knows much about everything and she calls them up for assistance, so they really can help across the board of skill sets.
