I'm very disappointed and disgusted in today's service. I order past 11 and asked for 1 pizza & 1 coke zero to be delivered to my work address which is 2 mins away from Pizza Perfect Equestria. I then got a call at 11:40 from the driver advising that he is outside my residence address. I then advised that it was supposed to come to my work address after confirming the address twice with the lady who took my order. The lady who took my order also advised that I was the first order and the pizza would be delivered within 20mins. I then immediately contacted Pizza Perfect to advise of the error and was advised that the driver would be contacted and my order would be delivered. 20 mins later I had still not received my order neither been contacted. I then decided to call the branch again and ask to speak with the manager on duty. I was then advised that there seems to be an issue with a new delivery guy and they can not seem to get hold of him. They have however sent their regular driver to look for him in order for my delivery to take place. Again several mins passed by and still no delivery took place. Again I contacted the manager which she then explained that they can not find the driver but the regular driver is on his way back and they will make me a new pizza and she promised to have it delivered within 20 mins. At 12:44 I FINALLY received my order. I paid for it and went back to my office to eat a slice of pizza as I was STARVING at that time. As I took my first bite I realized that the ENTIRE pizza was raw. I was then FURIOUS at that time and immediately contacted the manager again. I requested a full refund and asked for them to come collect my pizza and coldrink as I was definitely not going to eat it. I also advised that I do not want another pizza and explained to the manager that I was highly disappointed with the service. Being a regular client this was extremely unacceptable. She also advised that she cut the pizza up herself and did nit pick up that it was raw. Again i was very irritated from the lack of knowledge from the manager who couldn't even determine the pizza was raw!!! She then apologized which was in my opinion not good enough. I waited close to an hour for the driver to come and refund me back at work. When he arrived I showed him the pizza which I had clearly pulled the cheese aside in order to clearly see the pizza was raw. He also agreed that it was definitely raw. He did however advise that I could keep the coldrink. Just before he left he said to me that he has to pay for the petrol from his own pocket. Again I was utterly shocked as he implied that I was wasting his petrol for free, as he had to come back again in order to refund me!!! Worst experience ever!!! I honestly feel that the manager should have climbed into her own car and sorted this matter out... I will Never order again from Pizza Perfect Equestria. Before covid I used to go there at least one a week or every second week, then during covid they refused to take a order over the counter, I HAD to call it in while standing at the counter, so I decided not to go there anymore, for a long time.
The past few years I might have tried them maybe once or twice a year, but every time my order is wrong! Eg: I order, but didn't specify I am going to take a cold drink, then they refuse to give me the drink that was included on the special or I have to pay extra for that
I do not even know what they gave me today instead of the chicken mayo that I ordered and which shows clearly on my invoice. Nothing wrong with their food, the people just need to LISTEN TO THEIR CLIENTS AND GIVE THE...

How do you lose a slip in such a small place, How do you even punch a slip without double checking if the order went out to the customer? How this stores staff did NOT realise that a customer is PATIENTLY waiting for their order for more than 45min STANDING OUTSIDE RIGHT INFRONT OF YOUR STORE is mind boggling?
