Pizza Perfect Mooikloof — Local services in Gauteng

Pizzas are always great but I’m extremely upset with the customer service we experienced last night.

We went for the special to get a 2l drink with the pizzas, and over the phone we chose 3 Fantas as we were told that is the only drink we have. When we got there we saw the promotion said that we can have ANY coca-cola product (not just Fanta)

When we pointed this out to the manager she kept insisting that we could only choose Fanta flavours and refused to give us any other drinks. And she kept repeating all the flavours available with Fanta.

So when we then decided to just leave the drinks and go buy some other ones at the Spar (since none of us actually drink Fanta) she stated that she cant remove the drinks from the order since she will have to void and re-ring everything and that that is going to be very complicated and very hard to do (She did not realise that all of us have been working in the restaurant industry for 3+ years. To void or change an order is not difficult at all, it only takes a few seconds.)

She basically told us we need to take the Fantas and no other option is available.

Eventually she decided to give us the other drinks but she made it clear that this was as a favour and a lot of trouble for her, rather than accepting the promotion as is.

The place is okay not wowHad the worst experience at Pizza/Burger Perfect Mooikloof about today. Walked up to the counter to place an order with the cashier and a slim and tall gentleman with his mask down walked up to me and came within less than a metre to tell me the shop was closed. I told him that he was not wearing a mask and that he was are too close to me . He started to get violent with me. The counter lady I am sure was going to explain the same thing when the gentleman budged in. There was no sign indicating the shop was closed and no one stopped me on my way in. Our first visit to this establishment last night around 19:30. The food was really good, but the customer service needs serious attention. On arrival we waited at the Pizza counter to be assisted, while the server sat at a table in the restaurant browsing her phone. At the burger counter next door, the server didn't speak a single word to us. She just took our slip and handed us the bag of food. We got the clear impression that the staff didn't want to be there and that customers weren't really welcome either. It's a shame, because the food is good. With some intervention, this place...
