Absolutely pathetic!!!
I ordered online and about 40 min later received the order. When I got back in the house I saw the order was wrong. I phoned the store and got "sorry we will send the order". I asked what they are going to do to compensate us. Answer was nothing. We must return the wrong order when the driver gets here. Spoke to the manager eventually,explained the story and also got "sorry". I then asked her how are they going to compensate us. As now some of the family members can eat and others must wait. I waited ONE hour for the next delivery and had to return the sub that was wrong to the driver that was made over an hour ago. Wonder if they actually gave that to someone?? I think it is pathetic. Not even a cold drink to apologize? Half the family ate and the other half had to wait??
And when we received the 2nd order the food was cold????

Against my better judgment, I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake!! Exactly the same experience.
Despite being listed on Uber Eats, they insist on using their own drivers, even though they clearly don’t have anywhere near enough to keep up with demand. It completely defeats the entire purpose of the platform.

An hour later we phone and ask if we are still getting food. Oh no, we hear they are short staffed and only have 1 driver doing deliveries. Why not say so upon ordering????? Never the less, my husband drive down to collect. Just to pay R460 for ice cold food!!! The manager was not even there, probably explains why it goes like this!! Thanks for a really nice, cold meal.
