We ordered from Decofurn and our delivery was managed by garden Route Cargo. Our driver for the delivery was beyond excellent. He is so good at figuring out a tough situation, communicating and managing the delivery ON HIS OWN that we were absolutely astounded. This man was so kind and so wonderful we absolutely could not let him leave without reaching out to the company to commend his service Further, Garden Route Cargo delivered a day earlier than the Decofurn estimated delivery and our boxes were in an immaculate condition, meaning the contents was pristine. I ordered a bookcase from Decofurn in Cape Town to have delivered to Knysna. Garden Route Cargo were Decofurn’s courier of choice. Once the parcel had arrived in their dispatch office it was noticed by GRC staff that the product was slightly damaged. After asking my consent GRC took it upon themselves to send the damaged parcel back for a new one. I didn’t have to do a thing. Just a few days later than the original delivery date my parcel was delivered in the most pristine condition I have ever seen cardboard boxing delivered.
