Avalon Cemetery — Local services in Johannesburg Ward 11

I a disappointed with their services. We've being running around for a year now trying to sort out the 3 grave numbers for 3 families that buried on the same day. Each family has a different grave number when compared with the office number. The families did affidavits as requested by the senior manager so he can do the follow ups which was done in February. Till today when you call the senior manager its either busy or not answering his phone.Can someone give me an idea where to go from here because we want to erect a tombstone but we cant due to the mixed up numbers. It's heartbreaking to visit a loved one and find their grave vandalized. How can a cemetery allow vandalism to take place? We have been visiting our mother's grave for 26 years. The service is disgusting the admin clerks are lazy and refused to look for the grave number and told me to ask the guys outside that are not working there and when I came back with the number they refused to give a stamp for the Tombstone.
