I had a rather disappointing experience during my visit to this branch. In the past, I've always visited the Springfield location, where the service has been consistently professional and customer focused. Unfortunately, my recent experience here fell short of that standard and ended up wasting a significant amount of my time.e Due to traffic, I parked my car on the road and asked my child to purchase ice cream for me. However she mistakenly bough the wrong flavor. I returned to the shop to wxchnge it, and initially struggled to find anyone working there, as there was no security guard at the entrance. Once I found an employee, I explained the situation and he kindly provided me with the correct item. I left the incorrect ice cream on the counter. When I spoke to the cashier to clarify the situation, she seemed unaware of the issue and called over another man,who I assumed was a security guard, though hewasn't in uniform. Unfortunately,he also denied knowing anything about it. I then asked to speak to the manager. After explaining the situation, I requested that he review my receipt and check the cameras. He confirmed that he could see what had happened but, regrettably, said they could not process a exchange. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way the situation was handled not only left me feeling frustrated but also wasted a great deal of my time. This experience was a far cry from the service I have come to expert from other branches, I 'm hesitant to visit location again...

The store itself is great, quite small but you'll find what you're looking for, i.e. They have a variety flavors and types to choose from which they offer at some really great prices, i wanted more but could not get because i had limited cash, they don't accept cards which was unfortunate but i know for next time to carry more cash. The only issue really is the area, rather take someone with you who'll stay in the car because of the parking situation and also, there are chancers lirking around so be careful with your...

The place is such a disappointment. It's summer but they constantly don't have stock. They make you wait in store. Telling you that the truck will arrive with ice cream stock, only for you to end up spending the whole day there and them finally telling you (late afternoon) that the truck is not coming.
