Heidelberg Mall — Local services in Lesedi Local Municipality

My husbands first cup of bottomless coffee was cold. When my cappuccino arrived it was without the cream which I ordered. Our food order took forever and we asked a lady from Management too follow up as our waiter was running all over the restaurant serving many customers, and even sweeping. She came back with my cappuccino at last and asked whether we ordered the sweet potato fries with our food, which we confirmed. After about another half an hour the order arrived, with potato fries. Clean and neat, lots of parking, wheelchair friendly, sanitization at all entrances to the building. Car guards are clearly identifiable as they are issued with recognizable clothing by the Mall management. Disabled and bike parking clearly marked. Many restaurants available where husbands can have a beer and something to eat while waiting for the shopaholic wives. Like all Malls, pickpockets are lurking in the big stores so don't advertise your expensive phones and jewelry as it will be expropriated without compensation, be aware of groups of people suddenly converging in your vicinity...

The mall is new and it located far from residential area, which makes the mall to be less populated and gives you good shopping experience. The major stores you can find- Checkers Game Woolworth Dis-chem Clicks The mall has lot of clothing stores. But I like the fact that the owners tried by all means to give customers best shopping experience with all the activities out of shopping. I'm impressed with security (car guards).
