This is one of THE most special places to me. You find views you'd never expect (sometimes with some effort) and there are species of beautiful plants that grow nowhere else. Apart from the views, look out for the Stamvrug (Engelerophyta magalismontanum) and Pegler Aloes (Aloe peglerae) plants. They are truly unique, beautiful and remarkable. Appreciate the beauty of the mountains - don't litter and don't poach! Coming from a local who never gets used to the beauty of this place. Respect and appreciate.

What a beautiful part of our country to visit. I’ve been on several hikes in this area both the North and the South side of this mountain range. Places like Hennops river hike , Sable Ranch Hike , Foothold Hike and a few more. Here are a few pics of the mountains and the hikes. Absolutely stunning views ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
