Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! My husband booked us at Cayley lodge for my Birthday in January and my oh my was I impressed with what he had in store for us. The hike at Monks Cowl was definitely the highlight! We decided to do 2 different hikes in 1 day and the view was nothing less than stunning. One of my favorite places in the Drakensberg! Well-maintained paths and incredible scenery. Great place for birders too. If you visit and go hiking, please take a packet for your rubbish and pick up any litter that you may find along the trails, unfortunately many people have no respect for the environment.
