Dial-A-Braai is exactly what it says...they are a company that will braai for you and u collect! The menu is so vast comprising of meat, seafood, chicken as well as all the accompanying sides! Probably more than you think! I ordered from them on Sept 23 for 80th Bday lunch and boy was i suprised! The quslity snoek and prawns were amazing. The fish and prawns were both juicy, full of flavour and more than enuf. The fish is neatly packaged in many layers of foil and then in a nice box so there is no spilling of sauce in ur car during transit. Thry hav combo deals so it makes it easy to order for groups. The service is friendly; fast and efficient. Payment is via eft some days before collection and a phone call will confirm whether they hav recieved it or not. No same day orders....everything has to be planned beforehand! The owner is supported by his family who assist you at collection point but the owner also came to the front and said i must wish The Bday Girl Happy Bday! I havnt eaten the meat...but my colleagurs hav and raved! Dial-A-Braai in Primrose Park opposite The Coke Factory(Athlone) is a real refreshing and most convenient find! Your functions are now so much easier to cater for. I will return for...

I contacted Ismail to order fish for a birthday party that I was hosting. He then informed me that they might not be open as they will be taking their annual leave, which I completely understood. He said he would put my order through and let me know in the week if he can fulfil the order. I told him that I understand and I will make another plan as I won’t have enough time to make another plan if I know too late in the week. He then went off on me and told me “so are you telling me that if I told you by Wednesday you won’t have enough time to make another plan. You clearly not desperate for the fish.” He went further and told me that I do not know what I am doing and I clearly don’t know how these things work. He was extremely rude and aggressive in his tone. His fish tastes lovely but his customer service sucks and he has no way of speaking to people. The arrogant response I received from him makes the fish...
