Kilburn Pizza Perfect Branch are pathetic and useless.

Wait over an hour for 2 orders comes to you ice cold and you get told sorry Ma'am but I'm busy when you phone in to find out where the good is but when you got a 3rd party delivery service like k Mr D who can have your to you in less then that makes me wonder who hell hire theses people to run this branch.

Plus your two managers Richard and Gary are always high as kits and have no care for their customers. Theirs drivers drive like animals and this is your Pizza Perfect name being dragged through the mud because no one seems to care enough to check up on their stores and make sure their customers are happy and products are being sold correctly.

And dont even get me started on the fact that you don't even have the back bone to respond your complaints on Hello Peter as what you got so many that one complaint means nothing to you because that is showing GREAT customer care and wanting to makes sure...

I placed an order for delivery at 19h00 and after calling 45 min later you delivered and hour after the order. Wrong order was delibered. Your delivery guy then called me 08h45 after realising he gave me the wrong order. After telling him he can come and fetch the wrong order he said he will be there asap. He probably realised Im not paying for the wrong so called extra pizza he delivered and never bothered to getch. It is now 21h15 and still no delibery guy. I havnt eaten yet and so be it. No apology from pizza perfect killburn. Just worried about the extra pizza money it seemed. I still have it in the boxes and please fetch both as both pizzas delivered were the wrong order. Cpuldnt get hold of tou guys as you were closed buth your felivery guy called me after hours...??? fetching koney for an extra pizza after hours?? something was...

Our regular Pizza Perfect (Helderkruin) was closed so we had to order from Discovery instead. The food was delivered quickly and the driver was super friendly. But, wow, the restaurant staff attitude is far from what I would call acceptable.

When I gave my address to Portia, the lady who took my order, (which is not far at all from the store) she gasped and arrogantly said "at this time of the night?", with almost a full hour until they closing time.

It's attitude like this that will ensure I'll never order from Discovery again. Food is good but customer experience is...
