I received excellent service from my phone call to enquire about the "contract glasses" right up until the collection of my glasses.

A special thank you to Siyabonga Mtshali for her exceptional services, professionalism and friendly service. She assisted me from my appointment up until my collection. I always use the branch in Middelburg Mall, because the service is exceptional.

Even the optometrist that assisted me was professional (and patient with my tired eyes during the test) and now I have a new prescription that is making the worlds difference. Thank you to everyone at this branch - an example of above and beyond!
