Can be assessed from the Sutonggol parking. It's about 1.7 Km up ( intermediate level). The views of Daejeon from the peak are so spectacular.

산이 다 그렇듯이 여러 경로로 오를 수 있으며, 우린 바위가 많은 경로(포장된 길의 마지막 부분에 작은 보가 있는데 그 부분에서 도덕봉이라는 이정표를 보고 올라갔을 때)로 갔습니다. 수통골폭포 방면으로 올라가면 금수봉삼거리에서 자티고개를 거쳐 도덕봉으로 갈 수 있습니다. 오르는 중 일부 구간은 계단으로 만들어놓기도 했습니다. 도덕봉 가는 쪽에 나무가 없는 쪽에서 멀리 내려다 본 대전의 전경은 장관입니다.

대전 시민의 사랑을 받는 계룡산 국립공원 수통골 주차장에 파킹하고 빈계산 금수봉 도덕봉 등산코스가 있고 수통골 따라 산책길을 걸을 수 있다 도덕봉 오르막길 등산로가 난이도가 꽤 있다. 오르는 동안 전망뷰가 매우 좋은 코스이다

수통골 국립공원 관리사무소를 지나 출렁다리 건너기 전 오른쪽 산길로 올라가면 도덕봉으로 간다. 경사 가파르지만 점점 높이 올라가면 유성 CC부터 저 멀리 계족산까지 대전을 조망한다. 산 정상에서 능선을 따라 금수봉을 거쳐 빈계산으로 가면 수통골쪽의 경사면 골짜기와 국립묘지와 계룡산 찻길과 그 너머...
