Hwaseong City Hall — Local services in Hwaseong-si

Hi, I visited Jaebu-do with my family from US. It was beautiful and clean place and spent really relaxing and fun time there. On my last day, we drove through restaurants on the sea shore for lunch, one of restaurant employee( 조개구이집, 제부도 해안길) who called 삐끼.. came to me and asked not to park in front of their restaurant. He marked on the street with white plastic Bottles to protect their area. However, I saw it was public park area. I insist it is public spot but he punched me and asked to fight... what??? It was so surprise of me and other kids. It turned to nightmare place and not to come back anymore. Would you please check "Public parking area" and 삐끼 persons? They're acting like gangsters on street to foreigners like us. As us citizen, this is the worst place to visit and leave feedback to other site. Would you please investigate this ASAP?
