Bupyeong Park — Local services in Incheon

Large park with lots of trees and grassy plains with paved walking paths as well as a lovely parallel dirt path among the trees. It's a small but beautiful park good enough for a short walk or a nice little picnic. However, in order to avoid crowds it's better to come on weekdays during the day. 일제시대에는 일본군 조병창으로 사용되었고 해방후에는 미군부대가 주둔했던 장소를 돌려받아 공원으로 조성하였다. 부평역과 백운역 모두와 가깝고 아름드리 나무들도 많다. 부평구에서 계획적으로 공원을 조성하여 정리가 잘 되어있다. 산책하기에 좋아 아침 저녁으로 건강을 위해 산책하는 사람들이 많다. 다양하게 길을 내놓아서 자유롭게 선택하여 걸을 수 있으며 중간 중간에 운동기구도 설치되어 있어 간단한 운동을 할 수 있다. 공원 중앙에는 아이들이 뛰어 놀 수 있도록 바닥을 조성하여 다치지 않고 뛰어 놀수 있다. 자전거 초보자를 위한 자전거 교실도 열고 있으며, 무궁화 동산도 조성되어 있다. 주차장은 무료로 개방되어 있으며, 곳곳에 만들어진 자그마한 연못들에는 부들, 갈대 등 수생식물들이 잘 가꾸어져있고 물속에는 소금쟁이, 송사리, 미꾸라지, 올챙이, 개구리 등이 살고 있어 아이들을 위한 생태교육의 장소로도 적당하며 어린이 놀이터도 잘 관리되고 있다. 청소년들을 위해 농구장, 족구장, 배드민턴장 등도 있어 친구들과 운동하기에 좋다. 공원 중앙 한켠에는 소녀상과 일제 강점기에 강제로 끌려갔던 노동자상이 있어 우리의 역사를 다시한번 되새기게 한다. 화장실은 두군데가 있는데 깨끗하게 관리되고 있고, 화장지도 잘 구비되어 있다. 인근에는 다양한 음식점들이 있어 가족끼리 산책도 하고 식사도...
