Shinsegae Siheung Premium Outlets — Local services in Siheung-si

As others noted, if you are a large foreigner, you will probably not find your size. I went there to see about getting a pair of shoes, had to try four stores before finally finding a pair that actually fit me, and I had to settle for a different color because the color I preferred did not come in my size. The prices are not comparable to Premium Outlets in the USA, I was just at one in Florida three months ago, and the prices were much better, so I was disappointed that the Korean import taxes were still in full effect at this outlet.

As a motorcycle driver, I will not go there again. I had to pull some funny business (pulling over in the emergency lane of the highway, driving back along the shoulder, through a small office parking lot and down a sidewalk) to get into the parking area. When I left, the only option was a feeder road onto the expressway where motorcycles are not allowed to drive! I had to pull over at the tollgate, a friendly staffer unlocked a padlocked chain-fence gate and gave me directions. He was very friendly and helpful, but his directions did not pan out and I found myself having no choice but to get back on Expressway 100 back to Gwangmyung KTX station. Great amount of parking (free) and this outdoor strip mall is very convenient even if raining as all covered walkways.... tons of restaurants and decent food court (stay away from TacoBell! Ha.)....Pricing not "outlet" pricing but decent deals to be had if you shop.... This one of my favorite shopping experiences in South Korea. I feel like I am walking around in Europe when I shop here. The only thing I don’t like about the mall is getting to the shopping mall. Public transportation to and from the mall is awful.
