Excellent place to have a glass of wine! The owners are German and they grow their own wine in the vines. So they have a very small menu but only with excellent choices. We had a bottle of Sauvignon, which was extremely good. Besides I totally recommend to try the plate of Pa Amb Oli, which is served with local cheese and olives. There are over 100+ wineries on Mallorca and I can’t imagine any being better than Castell Miquel. We were warmly greeted by our host Milan who was very knowledgeable and took charge of the tasting. The views are incredible and intermixed with some super cool sculptures scattered around the property.
