Alhama Signature Golf — Local services in Alhama de Murcia

The course is very nice but unfortunately I had a bad experience with my booking. I purchased a package from their leaflet in their reception that was 2 x18 holes golf, 2 x buggies & 2 x bottles of water. When i arrived they told me that it was a printing error & there was only 1 x buggy.

I spoke to the manager & he told me it was 1 buggy or I could have my money back!!!! What an attitude to have with a customer.

The real problem was i brought my son with me to enjoy the day & it ended up that I had to walk the course because there was obviously only room for 2 in the buggy.

If there is a printing issue with an offer then the leaflets should have went in the bin or print out a sticker & put them over the offer that is incorrect!!!!! Don't display an offer & accept payment for that offer to then make changes when it is being redeemed.

Over 36* I had to walk 18 holes, thats just bad form oh & in case I am forgetting there where about 20 x buggies sitting there not being used & we where the last 18 hole round with buggies!!!!!!!!

Our group played on Thursday 10th April. We have played many of the Nicklaus Trail courses and we were looking forward to the signature course at Alhama. What a disappointment! The course is a shambles. No definition, no grass on fairways, greens are terrible. We were shocked the course was even open! I asked to speak to Manager and was told that all Tour Operators were advised the course was in poor condition. On our return I checked with our agent and this was Not the case. In addition the buildings around the course are in a shabby state, with stained walls and seemingly , no occupancy. Many "for sale" signs. Overall an absolute waste of time playing and travelling to Alhama. Avoid...

Bad. Horrible. Underwhelming. Ugly. Bare , spares patchy fairways make this place look terrible. Robbed. Never going back. I understand you bought the golf course not long ago and the grass doesn't grow in winter, but I paid 99 euros for a round of golf and a buggy.
