As our colleagues told you, that damage could have occurred in transport on the way to our facilities. Having contracted a transport service by yourself, you should be the one who can review it directly with the transport company you selected. The product is in our facilities waiting for you to tell us if you want the product back or if you prefer to send it to the SAT for evaluation. Un saludo, Antonio P. Atención al cliente
CAVEAT EMPTOR!! , I cannot recommend this company due to my very bad experience trying to get them to accept responsibility for the replacement or repair of a TV after only 5 months usage, I returned the TV to their depot for repair, and they claim damaged in transit, , The Transport company say the package was delivered in good order and they have proof of receipt of delivery and no notification of the package being damaged or otherwise an issue with the delivery, PC Componentes simply will not accept any responsibility , just repeating if you had sent it via our transport we would have sorted it out for you , I have a video of the video fault on the TV and a second video of the TV prior to packing ( in the original box )for return , showing the TV with no damage to the unit or packaging , The transport company say they delivered it in good condition we have a receipt which says so, !! My Solicitor advises that on the face of it the packaged was delivered and signed for in good order therefore the responsibility lies with the receiving company ( basically its their problem if their receipt procedures do not spot any issues and they issue a receipt for good delivery ). Be very careful dealing with a company that uses this kind of get out to absolve themselves of responsibility, unfortunately it will cost me more money that the TV is worth to pursue this within the law, and therefore PC Componentes are getting away with this BS

Now that I live here and after having so many bad experiences with Spanish e-commerce I can tell there is no better online store in this country than PcComponentes. When behemoth like Amazon came to Spain I was really surprised how they managed to keep up their prices so low. Also the biggest problem in Spain with e-commerce are transport companies. Very unreliable, but PcComponentes seems to keep them in line.
Anyway, what I mostly like about them are: Prices: most of their stuff is cheaper than anywhere else, example (bought GTX 1070 60€ cheaper than on Amazon)
Customer support: had only 2 tickets opened and resolved immediately
PC configurator: you can assemble your PC online and if you mess up something (choosing something incompatible) their stuff gets in touch and suggest alternatives
Product description: unlike on Amazon, PcComponentes puts very detailed description of the product.
It's Spanish!: I've been living here for some time and my kids will be growing up here so it is natural to buy local. I prefer make profit for a Spaniard which pays taxes here instead of a multinational which avoids it at all costs. In other words: El Corte Inglés instead of Carrefour, Casa del Libro instead of FNAC, Picolinos or Camper instead of Timberland or CAT, PcComponentes instead of Amazon...

Order a stand (NEXT LEVEL RACING) for a TV and for a HOTAS setup. Paid in 28th Nov about 900 euros. They promise the delivery in 3/4 days. 9th December they send by a business partner (CTT EXPRESS). CTT EXPRESS inform me that will delivery on 10th December. So far so good.
On the 10th, they didn’t show and the next day they send me a notice informing that my delivery was held without any more information. I contacted PCcomponentes and they said they were waiting for a reply from they business parter.
After many phone calls with CTT Express (their business partner), I was inform that one of the packages weighs 43 kgs and that is above the limit they would deliver. Zero information from PCComponents, despite my daily mails to them asking for information and updates.
My package is in a warehouse near my home, waiting from a decision from PCcomponentes to contract other delivery company to make the job. And with that (a simple decision) It passed 9 days already. I already offer to pay the extra to make the delivery or go any where to pick my order.
They don’t comply with expectations and worse of that, if the delivery encounters any problem the don’t care about the costumer. Spend a little more money but buy with a company which provides a serious and professional service to the costumers.
