What started as a great experience turned into an absolute nightmare. A few weeks ago, I adopted a dog from this center and I am furious with how everything unfolded. Before taking the dog home, they were extremely responsive and helpful (of course, their priority was clearly to get the money).

It turns out they are selling infected, barely vaccinated puppies and lying about their health conditions. The very day we brought the dog home, we noticed blood in his stool, which continued nonstop for a week. I immediately contacted the center asking for advice, and their attitude changed completely. They started dodging responsibility, giving vague and useless answers, and became less and less responsive after the payment was done.

In the end, they even “prescribed” antibiotics just by looking at a photo of the stool no proper medical check, no concern, nothing. The lack of care for these dogs is absolutely alarming. More than half of the dogs at the shelter were clearly sick and not being treated properly. It’s obvious that all they care about is business and money, not the animals’ well-being.

It’s been three exhausting weeks since I brought my puppy home. I’ve had to go to the vet six times and even once to the emergency animal hospital. I’ve already spent over €600 on medications, consultations, and tests all because of their dishonesty, lack of professionalism, zero empathy, and complete lack of transparency.

I am deeply disappointed and angry. This place should be held accountable for the way they treat these animals and...

NO COMPRAR AQUI CACHORROS!!! Mucho cuidado con este sitio para comprar un cachorro, te los dan enfermos y no se hacen cargo de nada. Compramos un cachorro de labrador el 4 de Enero, nada más llegar a casa ya estaba todo el día con diarrea,llamamos al centro y nos indicaron que tomará arroz con pollo, que era por el cambio de hábitos ( algo que les dicen a todos cuando llamas con alguna anomalía)..le dimos lo que nos indicaron y al día siguiente el cachorro no sólo tenía diarreas si no que ya las hacía con sangre,cosa que nos asusto mucho,llamamos al centro era un sábado y aunque en el contrato te garantizan veterinario y asistencia inmediata, además de entregarte al cachorro en buen estado de salud y desparasitado,nos decían que fuéramos el martes y por la tarde que era el único día que estaba, dado la gravedad fuimos a un veterinario de urgencias, y la sorpresa fue cuando nos indicaron que el cachorro tenía un parásito muy difícil de eliminar llamado giardia, había que darle medicación y seguimiento constante para eliminar este parásito que podía dañar el intestino y generar problemas serios de salud de adulto,volvimos a llamar al centro para indicarle que nos habían dicho en el veterinario y nos indicaron que siguieramos las indicaciones del veterinario y tomará la medicación prescita por el veterinario de urgencias al que fuimos. Hemos ido a infinitas visitas veterinarias hemos comprado medicamentos y comida especial, hemos tenido un sobre gasto que se supone que cuando compras un cachorro en un centro como este, te lo garantizan por contrato. La sorpresa fue cuando llamamos para indicarle que era responsabilidad de ellos que nos entregarán al cachorro enfermo y que los gastos de medicación y veterinario debían asumirlos, se desentienden de todo diciendo que tendríamos que haberlo llevado allí,cuando ellos mismos te indican sigas el tratamiento del veterinario al que has ido,en ningún momento te dicen cuando llamas tienes razón es responsabilidad nuestra, subir y os damos la medicación nosotros o algo,no al contrario, se desentiende diciéndote que ya as ido a un veterinario y que ellos ya no se hacen cargo. Somos unos cuantos los que hemos sufrido este problema con este sitio,y esto no va a quedar Así, cuando os llegue una denuncia conjunta quizás empecéis hacer las cosas bien. NO COMPRAR JAMÁS AQUÍ UN CACHORRO, QUE GENTE ASÍ NO SE LUCRE DE LA ILUSIÓN DE TENER UNA MASCOTA EN CASA.....SON UNOS...

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience with this adoption centre. My friend adopted a dog from here who unfortunately turned out to be infected with parasites — something that should have been identified and treated before adoption. When we reached out to inform the centre and ask for assistance or coverage of the veterinary expenses, they refused to take any responsibility or offer any support.

Adopting a pet should be a joyful experience, but this situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress and expenses. It’s very concerning that an organization claiming to care about animals would ignore a health issue like this and leave adopters to deal with the consequences. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their health checks and accountability...
