Rastro de Guaza — Local services in Arona

One of the worst markets in the tenerife South.

The place appear almost empty (vendors and clients) and, since they started to ask the Covid Certificate, the market is emptying more.

You can notice the decadence of the market everywhere: only very few interesting things from the actual vendors

The relaxing zone, with bar, cafeterìa and restaurants, have disappear since some months and there are no news about a future replacement

The bathrooms are patheticals for the dimensions of the market (only 1 for men and 1 for ladies)

The managers, of what would be a promising activity, have also refused to give the sheet of complaint to the customers who requested it (and this is a very serious crime in Spain).

Honestly, I would not recommend this...

Now that Guagacho rastro has closed you'll find this many stalled market open Fri Sat and Sun. The stalls surround a very popular and lively cafe and produce and plants. Hardly ever leave without a purchase theres something for everyone here. Lovely...

We went last Saturday 13th June '20 and it was business as usual...
