Really enjoyed doing kayaking from Miravet to Benifallet with my two teenager daughters and husband. The guides were really friendly and helpful and the scenery was very beautiful. The river is very peaceful and relaxing. Not difficult to paddle. We also hired bikes and enjoyed the beautiful scenery on the Via Verde (Green way). We got a lift by van to San Juan station and it's an easy cycle to Benifallet station. Spectacular scenery of mountains and valleys. Its all a gentle cycle down hill. Highly recommend. Great company for activities! Had a great experience multiple times!

We did the "Via Verde" or green road with 2 kids. And they had so much fun. 4 year old in a special kiddie car behind the bike an our older one on his own. The Horta to Benifalet bike path was almost all slowly downhill so there is zero effort.

They speak English and are punctual, but really relaxed and easy going.

It's always a question what state the gear you rent will be in... but no surprises here. Good bikes,used but in great running condition. They even provide a repair bag and some tips.. Only tip from me is taking an extra light because although you get them with the bike, the provided lights are not...

Hola buenos días. Este sábado 10 de septiembre contraté una excursión en kayak. Realmente la escursion es bonita pero la organización fue muy deficiente, primero mandé un e-mail de contacto y no me contestaron, luego llamé al teléfono y me dijeron q solo por whatssup insistí yme explicaron q había q llegar al punto donde termina la excursión q es en benifallet allí dejar los coches y nos tranportarian a Miravet para innicias el recorrido. Pues mendaron a una estación de Repsol allí un chico me dijo q tenía q llevar a mi esposa a Miravet luego dejarla allí, llevar el auto a benifallet y allí me regresan a Miravet. Amo es lo que dijeron por teléfono. En cuanto a las embarcaciones individuales las monitoras llevan kayak muy cómodos con respaldos. Ningún kayak individual tenía el respaldo colocado y eso para una excursión de tres horas hace mucha falta. A los 40 min ya nos dolía la espalda. Lo comenté a la monitora y dijo que no habían tenido tiempo de colocarlas....... Los monitores nos comentaron de dejar en un bote de plástico las llaves de los automóviles y q cuando termináramos la excursión ese bote estaria con la furgoneta en el punto de encuentro al finalizar la excursión. Pues termino la excursión, las llaves y furgoneta no estaban...... Nos dijeron en un momento están aquí.... Esperamos cansados, con dolor de espalda, sed ,sin agua para beber ni dónde sentarse durante 40 min a q llegará la furgoneta con las llaves. Un monitor chico, cuando pregunté me contestó q la furgoneta había ido a realizar otra actividad y q llegarían cuando terminarán q el solo es un empleado y qno podía decirle nada, muy irrespetuoso y prepotente ni siquiera te miraba a la cara cuando te hablaba. En fin una desorganización total y con mala atención por parte de la empresa . Seguro q habrá otras empresas q presten este...
