We had a wonderful experience in the Pico de Euoropa national park thanks to the charming and knowlegeable guide Arancha,who is also a fluent English speaker.She gave us great insights into the geography,wildlife and life of the farmers and sheperds inhabiting the land.In addition the cheese making process derived from the parks livestock and of course the different variety of birds.Giving us all binoculars we observed a number of vultures as she talked about the special project they are working on with the bearded vultures. Could not recommend this company more strongly. We spent a day being guided and watching birds around Covadonga with Arantza. She was a very knowledgeable guide and delightful companion. Much of the time the weather was overcast but she kept everything interesting.
