I visited this place in a group of 20. Full praise to owner Miguel for his enthusiasm in carrying on his family tradition of honey production. His passion for his bees were evident, he treats them delicately, gently & lovingly! We received an informative visit to the bees family. We were transported back to the main house where Miguel & his team served us with lots of local tapas along with plenty of locally produced organic wine, olive oil and of course we sampled the honey too. By now everyone was ready for a dip in the salt water pool. This was followed by delicious paella, finished off with local goat cheese served with their very own honeycombs. I highly recommend visiting this place. It’s nesting amongst the mountains, surrounded by different types of fruit trees, its oozing of peace & tranquility. Nos sorprendió gratamente la calidad de los productos de la zona (menos de 30km a la redonda), la gran variedad (mieles, vino, aceite, confituras, queso, embutidos....) y la dedicación y atención por parte de Miguel Ángel, quien nos explicó con detalle la historia y composición de cada uno de los productos. Además tienes la opción de comprar los productos allí o que te los envíen a casa.
