Casino Bahía De Cádiz — Local services in El Puerto de Santa María

I was a little hesitant to leave this review as I always leave this place hundreds of dollars down… Although there is no denying that we kept going back for a reason. The casino has a really cozy and warm vibe. All staff members and dealers are very nice. There are a few poker tables, 2 roulette tables, and 1 blackjack table that pays 3 to 2 which is great. Apart from that they have slots and many other machines. If you are from the U.S. this place can feel like home since there are always Americans gambling here. Weekdays are usually quiet but that’s very good if you want to play with less people. Weekends are another story, they can get pretty busy and it can be hard to get a seat at the blackjack table. If you are a football fan this is a great place to be during big matches as they always stream the games on big screens while you play. I will have to say if you come you HAVE to order the “tarta de Santiago” it is a casino staple (I always tell myself I didn’t loose money, I just ordered a really expensive piece of cake.)

Personal del casino no es muy bueno, tratan con diferencia a los clientes dependiendo de cuanto estes gastando. Nos quitaron de la mesa dos veces cediendo el sitio a otra persona simplemente porque el ya habia gastado mucho dinero antes. Una de las crupieres incluso se dejaba faltar el respeto por uno de los jugadores. Era rudiculo! La unica persona agradable que encontramos fue la recepcionista y una de las camareras. Las instalaciones grandes, mucho sitio para aparcar, entrada gratis, pero no muchas mesas de juego. Hacen torneos de poker que tienen...

Casino bonito, pero no entiendo por qué si hay un torneo a las 21h y te convocan tienes que esperar a que eliminen gente para entrar y puedes estar esperando varias horas hasta que te toque tu turno, en otros casinos van abriendo mesas a medida que llega la gente y no hay que esperar, aquí deberían de hacer lo mismo. Nos atendió el Gerente con mucha amabilidad y a los 10 min de hablar con él abrió una mesa para que pudiéramos jugar, excelente persona! En mi opinión el casino me gusta... deberían de darle más importancia al póker que...
