I have bought a whole kitchen from Ikea which now just before the warranty is falling appart. I have actually just bought a new induction stove after 3 years...the glass was just very low quality and it broke when I accidently tripped a pot on the top. (Electrolux)
The oven actually already came little broke and had to be repaired as it made weird nosys after half year it has broke again and the heating components has to be replaced now just a month before expyiring the warranty again motor and heating component. The oven has a pirolitic cleaning. I called a technitian he said its not been looked after ( i cleaned it every 2 weeks with pirolitic cleaning) but since the oven broke I thought hey lets let them fix it and I will clean it how it should. as he took the covers out he realised it was rusty from inside and commented the oven is made very bad quality and is not recomending to use the electrolux himself. Black sink is low quality too already broken I need to replace.
DIshwasher I was told by staff in Kitchen area I need to use a hinge Behjalplug and it broke every 4 months which I bought like every 4 months 4 times ....after which they told me if anything broke, I can juat get replacement part (I think they could tell me way earlier about the problem when I had problem first time) After 4 years and 10 months I was now told that the hinge I was told to use is incorrect. I went there like 10 times and I event told them that I see on the kitchen aplience used in the show room totally different system.
Every time I got there I got an OPINION rather the actual correct information
Caborts are week and rails some have been broken and asking ones I needed they send me other (couple of times) ones and I am just so fed up with the service and the time sopend trying to fix the problem I realised it is just not worth the time anymore and it is better not to use them.
Fridge is very low has frost even when its frost free and th plastic boxes are super thin and brake very ealily.
The time wasted trying to get connected on the phone wrong information, really poor quality of the products ....its just not worth for me anymore.

When I tried to call him back, he didn't pick up. I went outside 3 minutes after the hwonk, but there was no one there. He didn’t answer my SMS, nor did he answer my calls. None of my neighbors saw him. Chances are he didn't even come near my house. I lost 9.90 euros on delivery and carried my goods myself. I don’t understand why the courier disrespects me so much that he couldn’t answer my SMS or wait at least 3 minutes. Why is there no available communication channel with the delivery person, why does he call once and then leave? Why couldn't he ring the doorbell? Unfortunately, I am very upset because of this attitude towards me. I will have to stop all shopping at IKEA.

Although, I am very patient person and have been IKEA’s client for many years, this is beyond my understanding how 3 times in a row IKEA fail to deliver the right item. It’s been more than a week since I am waiting for it to be delivered, so I still cannot use the wardrobe I've bought.
On Saturday, 18th of February, I bought furniture in IKEA Gran Via Barcelona and paid for delivery service 39 Eur. On Monday 20th they delivered everything except one item. The delivery man said - IKEA will contact me on the same day or the next day to arrange the delivery of the missing item. Nothing happened until Wednesday, I called them myself. They promised to deliver the item on Thursday from 10:00 - 14:00. Waiting. Nothing. On Friday they called me saying that they had a problem with transport on Thursday and they can deliver the missing item on Saturday. I changed all my weekend plans and we agreed on the time 14:00 – 18:00. So, on Saturday I was waiting again for IKEA delivery service (not that I have nothing else to do… I have a life, family and kids), and finally delivery man calls me after 3pm and gives me the GREAT news, that he has a wrong item for me. At this point I want to cry. The customer support calls me after 10 min and wants to arrange another appointment for delivering this f…ing item. I beg them to deliver it on Monday 27th the first thing in the morning on which he replies that it’s not possible, they can do it only on Tuesday…
Seriously I have enough. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for these delivery appointments which never happened. I still can’t use the wardrobe, I bought. Today is Wednesday 1st of March and still no item delivered and no one has even contacted me. Seriously, IKEA, can you arrange proper service for the money spent?
