This is one of the wonderful animal charities on our coast, doing great work for the Community, not only taking in and caring for over 300 dogs and many cats, they also contribute to many sterilization projects in and around Marbell; after all the future is brighter when less cats and dogs get pregnant and the situation can be kept under control. Unfortunately recent rumours about Triple A have meant less money coming in and they are now struggling to pay the bills. These so called 'animal lovers' who felt the need to accuse the volunteers and President of Triple A of putting animals to sleep etc are now responsible for the charity's bad financial situation. Well done guys, was that your intention, to bring down the charity and have all these animals abandoned once more? I really do not understand people these days but I can assure you, I salute Bettina and Jan and Shirley and all the volunteers because I have seen over the last 27 years how hard they have worked to keep going and I thank them for all the wonderful animals I have been allowed to take home and who have made my life a happier one. THANK YOU GUYS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND DON'T LET ANYONE GET YOU DOWN!!

One of the largest shelters in the aerea . Over 400 dogs and 150 cats. They do whatever they can with no government support and just mostly volunteers . It is not perfect but the animals are loved and well taken care off but sometimes everyone is overworked, as the situations with pets that come in are often awfull, And they have to put up with very unpolite and impatient and unpolite people. So when you visit have a bit of patience and understanding and help out instead of complain if things are not what you expect.!! The best shelter in Marbella!!!

Triple A is a really special place where all animals are cared for in a very intensive and caring way. All the staff and volunteers are friendly, helpful and committed without exception. With the few resources that are available here, really great things are done. There is really a lot of attention, love and care for all the animals.

Triple A should be called Triple F! Terrible customer service! After writing this complaint today, the response is telling. Rather than humbly apologize and do everything to make the situation right, Triple A and their onsite ‘manager’ Angelica, justifies and refuses accountability for their lousy customer service. Please read below both my complaint and Angelica’s answer.

“Good morning Angelica, we decided to go back to ADANA. I was disappointed and offended by the way you treated us yesterday.

I checked your website and it said you were open and we took time out of our day to make a trip all the way up to Triple A and you treated us extremely poorly.

I understand you have to coordinate and walk the dogs, maybe do that before you open the doors to the paying public…

What good is it if you can’t find the dogs homes, because you offend your customers by not making them the priority?

Instead of apologizing for wasting our time, your attitude was that you were too busy, and repeatedly disregarded our attempts to ask questions telling us we had to come back.

Sincerely disappointed,

Julian Raven”

Response “ Thank you for your rich feedback!

We are a charity organisation based on volunteer-work, and we don’t operate as a business with “paying public” and “customers”. People come to the shelter donating their time to the animals, and our dog walking takes place between 8am and 1pm every day.

If you would have reached out to me on my personal number right here that you have since we met for KIWI, I would have “saved you your wasted time” and let you know directly that for adoptions we need to make an appointment, and that Sunday morning I won’t be able to be at “your service”. Just like I informed you when you came to meet Kiwi.

We are taking care of almost 700 animals 24/7 and do not have the (note) volunteer capacity to cater to walk-in “customers”.

Glad to hear you’re going to ADANA, hopefully you’ll find the dog you’re looking for over there!

Best wishes to your...

Today September 10 we went to Triple A and had a very bad experience. My friends and I kept an eye on the three dogs. Then, we tried to send them into the main building, and I waited for my friends at the gate with the three dogs. The field was too wide, so I needed to use my phone to call my friends. At this moment, there was a large man wearing a black Triple A shirt who started talking with his friend and mentioned me using bad(f) words because I was using the phone. This was not my first time at that place. The second thing was that my friend left behind a disposable coffee cup in the field. I know this was our fault. But my friends told me that the same man yelled at them and threw the coffee cup into the bin aggressively infront of other peoples. At this moment, I was not around there. He could have spoken nicely even if we did something wrong. This is how they treat their guests. I did not know that kind of gaŋgster was working at Triple A. This time will be my last time. I am never coming back again, and I am no longer interested in donating. The other staff members are very kind and nice...
