Hello So I buy car for 57k$ in Ukraine Ride 8k km and had a lot of problem I think such a crude product should not be released to the public, and I am very disappointed with the purchase. This is the most terrible and breaks down car I have ever owned. If I could get at least 80% of my money back, I would do it without hesitation. So from 700 km I had : 1)3 times replacement of interior lighting in the front, 2 times replacement of interior lighting in the rear 2) replacing washer nozzles 3) There was extraneous noise coming from the door panels, so I did some soundproofing. 4) I get 20-30 errors every day and they disappear 5) the climate control was turned off and the heater was constantly blowing 6) The monitor constantly reboots and CarPlay doesn't work. 7) cruise control doesn't work 8) The window lifters jump up and down when pressed automatically. 9) The touch buttons on the display don't work. 10) the exhaust flaps are rattling 11) the exhaust bent and fell onto the driveshaft and rubbed it 12) the seat creaks and the back row rattles 13) I had a situation where my car was just driving and I couldn't turn it off, and it wouldn't lock and the display, headlights, and all the electrical equipment weren't working. I'm very disappointed, this is a terrible product for the money. I regret selling my Lexus and Volvo and buying this piece of junk. Please contact me

Extremely disappointed with CUPRA service – no help for a major battery issue

I chose CUPRA because I believed in the brand’s quality and innovation. Unfortunately, my CUPRA Formentor e-Hybrid 1.4 has been stuck since August 2025 due to a high-voltage battery failure, and no one from CUPRA has answered any of my emails.

It’s shocking that a company like CUPRA can ignore its customers for months, especially for such a critical problem. The car is still under warranty, but I’m left without support, without a solution, and without any communication.

Very disappointing experience — I expected reliability and professionalism, not silence.

Several other owners who are aware of my situation have also experienced similar lack of support and are sharing their experiences...

Espero que esto llegue arriba del todo, para que despierten y vean como trabaja su gente. Tanto los concesionarios como el servicio de seat responde son lamentables, muy decepcionado con la marca. Todo muy bonito cuando le compras, tengp problemas desde los 3 meses con el coche y sigo aun con ellos, ya haciendo un año el coche. Seat responde mucho bla bla pero lo único que les interesa es cerrar los casos abiertos sin dar soluciones. No vuelvo a comprar nada del grupo Vag, son todos unos sinvergüenzas. Ojalá esto llegue a los directores de Seat. Me llenaron de golpes el coche, entro la radio funcionando bien, salio oyendose distorsionado y tienen los santos c... de decir que es así. Que no hay anomalias cuando ellos mismos aham dicho que si se oía mal. Y como nadie más le pasa, pues te fastidias y te quedas con eso asi. Que es normal ese sonido que retumba, mi hermana tiene otro ibiza y en el suyo suena bien. Me fui a un técnico de sonido, y nada mas oírlo me dijo, ese altavoz esta dañado. Llevo a luchas con ellos desde el año pasado con hojas de reclamaciones y les da igual todo. Me siento estafado, engañado, encima se rien de uno a la cara. Venden y luego no se hacen cargo de nada. Pero yo ya me encargare de que todo el mundo sepa lo que hace esta marca, este grupo Vag. Ver a Angel Gaitan que informa mucho sobre el grupo Vag, que lo sepa todo el mundo. Me tocará revender el coche y perder un dineral por vuestra culpa. Pero es lamentable que los servicios oficiales actuen de esas formas, y el servicio atención al cliente sea tan lamentable.
