Escape-Room EL Cura — Local services in Mogán

Worst experience ever: Reservation got cancelled but we weren’t told so. We took a taxi to the address stated on Google and the taxi driver didn’t want to drive us all the way due to the road being in poor condition. Alas we arrived, in complete darkness (7.45 pm) and no signs or whatsoever. We walk to where the location is supposed to be according to Google and there is no escape room to be seen. I call the room and get told that my reservation was cancelled… We went back into town after a complete mess of explaining to the taxi company where we were. We never saw the escape room facility and we could have avoided this whole situation if the customer service had met the lowest expected standards. Will...

The owner was very nice and helped us if we got stuck (our own language is dutch but everything is in german english or spanish). It is definitely not a easy escape but it's very entertaining and once you get the hang of it it is great and you will get trough it. It has nice little puzzles and tricks. We went with close to no experience with our family of 3.

Fui el sábado pasado con un grupo de amigas y mi hija de 11 años. Nunca habia ido a un Escape Room y tenia curiosidad de hacer esta experiencia. El sitio donde se encuentra está espectacular por si solo, ya que está en plena naturaleza. La atención por parte de Mona fue super, lo explicó todo muy bien, y lo pasamos fenomenal. La sala como tal está decorada con mucho gusto y acorde con la temática. Quien piensa que no es para él por estar encerrado y no poder salir no tiene que tener miedo- se puede salir en cualquier momento- aunque ni se llega a tener el sentimiento de estar "atrapado".
