To start we were warmly greeted by Juan and his wife Maria, we then got into their nice new van and travelled with air conditioned comfort. What strikes you immediately is how passionate Juan is about Alicante and especially the Canelobre Caves. We were completely full with insight well before we had reached our destination however we still couldn’t have been prepared for what we had seen when Juan opened the doors to the cave for us! The only way I can explain it is that God decided to make a art museum for himself and for those who are worthy to see. The cave was explained in great detail and taking this tour really leaves you with wonder and insight into the life and the history of the cave. We did see another group come in but in no way did they spend close to the time we had looking though the cave in an intimate setting organised by Juan, as they walked though in 5 minutes to our hour. We were even given the cave all to ourselves through Juan’s work. He even shared his local knowledge and went above and beyond to make sure our remaining stay was amazing! Well what can l say this was quite simply an amazing experience made all the more special by Juan and Maria. Booking was really easy with plenty of communication on pick up location and time. Transport to the mountains was in a modern van, with Juan explaining what would be happening, safety procedures etc. The views from the mountains were breathtaking. The paragliding was an amazing experience, you are flying just like a bird! Everyone should do this once in their lives! The pictures and videos taken were also of a professional standard. Juan and María were the perfect hosts, both were very friendly and inviting. Made us feel welcome. Drove to our hotel which was 30+ minutes away from the paragliding location and returned us back to our destination. Paragliding was a phenomenal experience and they made it even more thrilling and fun. Juan and María were amazing & I would definitely recommend Alicante Tours 4 you to anyone wanting to have a good experience.
