Baños de Sierra Alhamilla / Sierra Alhamilla — Local services in Pechina

There were 4 of us that stayed overnight. We arrived on a Tuesday to be told the local bar & shop were closed. The staff at the hotel kindly opened their bar so we could have a few drinks after our journey there. We booked to go in the thermal bath on the Tuesday. The experience was amazing ! The Water was so warm, candles & incense sticks were lit around the bath. Relaxing music quietly played in the background. Evening meal was very nice indeed, as was breakfast the next day. Well...

Ok So this is a beautiful little spot with a nice bar and fabulous view .. However we went there for the thermal banos not realising that they are part of the hotel and have to be prebooked with massage etc minimum £50 euros per person The person at the hotel was lovely when we found it but sadly they were fully booked din the spa some days ahead Here is the list of options .. hoping it will help someone.The phone no for reservations for the thermal baths and spa is in one...

Un Oasis, en un punto alto y emblemático de Almería. Conocido por su agua caliente, la cual mana de una fuente y que tienes que tener cuidado por qué quema. El barneario es una preciosidad, con algo de falta de mantenimiento en sus instalaciones, pero es un encanto y una preciosidad, que te hace retroceder en el tiempo un par de siglos. Las vistas desde este lugar son más que preciosas, viendo desde los pies de este un oasis lleno de palmeras y vegetación, con un gran contraste del desierto que hay a continuación, hasta que divisas el mar. Una vistas espectaculares. Las instalaciones están muy bien, con su carretera de llegada que hace de avenida, su pequeño parque, este con falta de limpieza, cosa que achacó al Ayto de Pechina. El restaurante que hay, no se puede dejar de visitar, muy atentos y una cocina espectacular, en especial por su asadura, conejo al ajillo, paella y mucho más. En definitiva, un rincón de Almería que no podéis dejar de visitar...
