Aguilón Golf — Local services in Pulpí

This really is a hidden Gem, set in beautiful surroundings of mountains the course threads it’s way through The Valley floor and between rocky outcrops and koppies each hole has differing challenges that reward good shots and punishes bad ones with ravines, gully’s and water. The fairways are lush and green as are the greens and are manicured to perfection. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful to a fault. All in all this is a fantastic golfing experience not to be missed and well worth the almost 4 hour round trip to get there and get home. Congratulations to all the team at Aguilon Golf for providing an inspirational course maintained to exceptionally high standards. I can’t wait to come back and play this course again. Thank you. Course very busy so don't bother with buggy, use trolley or carry as play way to slow

Course in good condition and very well set out but greens a bit slow and a little sketchy on some holes...maybe time of year.

Pos - birdied the tricky 18th...elated 😊

Neg - handed in my buggy keys to small and young fresh faced ill mannered assistant in pro shop who could not even say gracias, or indeed one word, after I handed them in speaking briefly in Spanish...guess he put it in the water at 18th...price for bad manners !!

Super course in an incredible condition for high summer. Challenging layout with plenty of interesting shots across ravines and water features. Tee boxes, fairways and greens in immaculate condition. Definitely local knowledge would help (Do your homework), particularly with longer holes. 9th hole is probably one of my favourites anywhere; certainly not for the faint hearted. Good food options and a bar to refresh. Locker room has showers (not sure about towels). Pro-shop is well stocked with friendly staff. Scenery is amazing - with steep mountains/ hills...
