Our group included both vegan diners and someone with a strict gluten-free diet. Chef Tom prepared us an outstanding 4 course Vegetarian meal as part of a private dining experience for our group of 9 girls on a hen do in Valencia. I booked Chef Tom from the UK and was really pleased with his level of service and care. He consulted with me for any likes and dislikes and catered for all dietary requirements including one Gluten Free guest in the group. We had an amazing experience with Chef Tom. From the beginning he was incredibly responsive, making booking and planning smooth and stress free which is especially appreciated when traveling abroad.

The food was delicious, allowing us to enjoy a delightful dinner in our apartment with our friends and children. The kids still talk about their “fancy” meal! Despite out accommodations not having an oven, he managed to make everything work perfectly.
