Everything is closed. "Prohibido el paso" is what you will see everywhere. Absolutely boring trail around a beautiful volcano you can't actually see. Also the bomb is not accessible, you can take a picture from 15 m distance. All in all, a joke. It's a pity that the authorities didn't put any effort whatsoever, to make this enjoyable and still protect it. Durante un'escursione mattutina nella caldera colorata, mi sono imbattuto nella "Bomba gigantesca", un grandissimo masso creatosi da una delle ultime attività vulcaniche dell'isola, in seguito ad un eruzione di carattere stromboliano. Il magma si è solidificato raggiungendo questa forma tondeggiante durante il volo dalla caldera. Che posto! Nella prima foto potete rendervi conto delle dimensioni del masso paragonate a me. Vanaf de parkeerplaats leidt zich een pad om de gehele berg Caldera Colorado heen. Aan het begin van de route staat een bordje met de route en wat er te zien is op elk punt van de route. Wij waren er om de Bomba Volcanica Gude te zien en dat was nummer 6 op de route. De tocht er naar toe viel erg mee: het was een relatief vlakke weg met weinig hellingen, ook was het niet heel erg ver. Wij hadden zelf het pad gevolg en kwamen daardoor tussen de berg en de rots in, hierdoor konden we geen foto nemen van de rots met de berg op de achtergrond zoals te zien is in de reviews. Ook hadden we geen idee hoe je er wel zou moeten komen, want we mochten niet van het pad af. Al met al wel leuk om even...
