Edit: The Museum's response is a blantant lie as: 1) the employee didnt hang up in random moments but rather in response to questions; 2) he didnt report any problems with connection during the call; 3) he speaks poor English and was ostensibly frustrated with that someone may be trying to speak Spanish to accommodate for his deficiencies. It's ok to not speak English, but you can then be more accepting that other people dont speak your language well. Especially when working at the front desk...
We could not use email due to time constraints: that's what the phone is for. It's a shame you don't take this review as feedback but try to make up excuses in a clear situation. Maybe that's a general cultural trait around here but leaves us even more certain about the rating.
The male employee answering the phone was a complete disaster and absolutely not qualified for any sort of customer service. He is extremely rude, unhelpful and behaves just inappropriately. We wanted to inquire and change a booking but the guy just hung up us mid sentence. Twice. This is absolutely unacceptable from someone representing a public institution and even out of basic basic politeness it should not have happened.
Thanks to the guy's behavior we simply won't visit. Congratulations, especially to the person that decided...
Read moreAlthough the door of the 'interpretation centre' was open, a (paid) employee came out to tell me I could only visit the site in the afternoon. I suggested I only visit the (open) interpretation center. He told me I couldn't, only in the afternoon, as part of the guided tour. Seeing the European sponsoring sign, I assured he was paid, and indeed no problem with the salaries. That's a lot of money for...
He disfrutado como nunca. Engancha, y...
