FT Group - Playa Blanca + Euronics — Local services in Yaiza

Untrustworthy. Don't buy here. No respect for their legal warranty obligations. We bought an electrical scooter here 9 months ago. Broke down 3 days after the purchase, the tyre fell off the wheel. Handed in for repair. Two days after 'repair' same problem. They probably just put the tyre back on. Back to the store, they would send a technician. Herad nothing form them for 6 months and several phonecalls. To the store again. At first they tried to get away with blaming the problem on a lack of maintenance on our side, for a brand new equipment? Now they hide behind the manufacturers claim that the problem is not covered by the guarantee and refuse to do anything, no exchange for properly working equipment, no refund,...Explained that as a customer their relationship with their supplier is not our problem and that restrictions/limitations on the guarantee arenot acceptable under EU law, but they refuse to do anything...Bad luck for us, lost a couple of 100 Euros...? If you don't want to waste your money on defective equipment don't buy here because if there is a problem they refuse to live up to...
