I purchased a chair and stool from a local supplier. After arriving a small flaw within one of the leather arms was identified and reported. 2 attempts were made to repair this arm but it was suggested the arm would need replaced if the flaw did not resolve. Having not resolved the local furniture supplier has been trying to get a replacement from Fama from July and after months of waiting the supplier, a family business, contacted me stating they would replace both as they were having no response from Fama. I purchased the chair and stool which is a great product but your support has been poor. Yes my contract is with the supplier but I would have expected more from Fama.....customer service is equal to the product espically a quality one. I have been flexible, not expecting an instant fix but nearly 12 months is too much. This is not a negative about the product its about your support. Es el sofá más incómodo que he tenido, tanto que nos ha provocado dolor de espalda y hasta los niños se quejan de su dureza. Los cojines no te abrazan, te maltratan. Expuse mi queja al departamento de calidad de la empresa FAMA, que me propuso comprobar que la calidad era correcta. NUNCA llegaron a hacer nada de lo que propusieron y después de varios mails (último el 7 de octubre) y llamadas por mi parte, sigo sin tener respuesta ni alternativa. UN AUTÉNTICO DESPROPÓSITO. Estamos planteándonos deshacernos del sofá aunque signifique haber tirado 2700€ a la basura.
