To the township of Jaffna this is more than a conveniemnce over the legoon. The causeway is a jooging track, a walking path, a meeting place, lovers redezvous, family outing, a selfie studio, a photographers delight, an angling spot, a sunrise and sunset watch, a fish market, and much much more for the one with a ' joint' !

I went to Pannai for a morning jog with my close friend, that place had a nice morning vibe with good breeze and it healed me but the thing that disappointed me is the garbage that is thrown...
