Very mixed feelings!

The place is very clean and the girls are really nice! However, my experience was very frustrating. I am not a picky person so my only ask for the gel pedicure was to make is as short as possible as I travel and don’t want to deal with it every 3 weeks. For reference my previous gel was 2 months old and completely kept after two month travelling Africa, hiking, surfing etc. Anyways, I was told that my nails wouldn’t look good if I make them too short and lady kept them really long. I asked one more time to shorten them as the nail was going way above the toe and she did but just a little bit. At this point I felt uncomfortable asking again and told myself I’ll get them done sooner than planned. Two days later my toe was broken. i went to get it fixed and of course asked for my other toe to be shortened as well since it would be too obvious to have only one done. After a very long discussion telling me my nails are weak etc, they agreed to do it. The second girl did them shorter which was appreciated but then my finger started bleeding. The worst massage in my life. Thank you for hurting me more. I don‘t recommend this spa at all. I asked for shoulder massage. Then they told me a price which I couldn‘t find in their catalogue. 100% sure they just took my money because I am a tourist. The massage was with oil - this I only found out because I saw the price in the catalogue was 3000 Rs less. She told me it‘s because this massage is ayurvedic and with oil. They poured oil all over my head without informing me about! I was al oily in the front of the shop - means there where they cut / wash hair - doing hair salon work. The shop is full with windows so everyone could see me. They informed me that they will do that, but I expected to have more privacy maybe some curtain. NOTHING - so you are like in a zoo and everyone walking by watching you. The lady who massaged me was friendly but didn’t have any power to give me a good massage. I asked a couple of time for more pressure. In the end it felt like someone is petting me. When I lef this Spa I had all over my shoulders more pain. There is no shower! I want to prevent every woman of this bad experience....

During my stay in Weligama, Noeline’s became my go-to spot to treat myself and undo some of the damage surfing did to my nails, hair, and lashes. The team always did a fantastic job!

Dilki took amazing care of my manicure, pedicure, and gel nails—always detailed and beautifully done. Delinda was super professional with Brazilian waxing, and another lovely team member looked after my lash lifting, colouring, and brows with great care. No matter the treatment, I always felt in the best hands.

The only thing that wasn’t quite up to my standards was a blowout I had done—but to be fair, I hadn’t booked ahead, so perhaps the right stylist wasn’t available at the time. Everything else was flawless, and the staff’s warmth and professionalism always made each visit a real pleasure.
