Called and got an estimate from Frank immediately. Seemed in-line or a smidge cheaper than that of sone other companies I researched. HomeAdvisor had these guys at the top of their list and there were a lot of great Yelp and Google reviews so I took a chance. I had the tub and all of the wall tiles done. Frank's guy (sorry I didn't get his name!) showed up on time at 8am on the scheduled day and spent a few hours protecting the walls, floor and anything else that wasn't going to be glazed. He ran an exhaust pipe to the nearest window and prepped the tub and tile. This took about 5 hours. Then he glazed for the rest of the time. The fumes were quite strong. I kept my Covid-mask on the whole time he was working (he had a dust mask on during prep the and a proper respirator on during sanding/painting, etc.). The transformation was absolutely amazing. My decrepit, 70s style pink bathroom tiles were gone. (The guy also removed the old shower doors for me and put them by my trash.) The new finish was beautifully smooth and uniformly white. He sanded a portion of the tub floor down for grip and recaulked the base of the tub nicely. All said it took about 7 hours. The fumes afterward were pretty intense, I gotta say. I put a dehumidifier and fan in there and had both the apartment and building door open quite a bit over the course of 2 days, but my bathroom has zero ventilation. (My neighbors had just their tub done and they have a window in their bathroom so the fumes weren't bad at all for them). (Ps. I don't know if this actually worked, but the interwebs told me to put bowls of vinegar, baking soda and a cut onion out to help absorb/neutralize the odors. 🤷‍♀️) I'll post some before and after pics so you can see the transformation. Incidentally, I asked Frank if they did floors and he said they do but it might not be worth it because the heavier foot traffic might cause the finish to peel pretty quickly. He recommended vinyl tilling so I took his advice and you can see the new floor in the pics. Aftercare seems pretty important. They have a good warranty but if you don't properly care for the tub I'm not sure if the warranty protects you. A quick google search tells you to wipe it down after use, do NOT use caustic cleaners (no bleach or ammonia), polish it with auto wax after a few weeks, don't use anything with suction cups on it and don't keep shampoo bottles or soap sitting on the surface (use a shower rack and soap dish). I believe this info is also on their site but it's a little hard to find and I wouldn't necessarily have realized this if I wasn't a little OCD.:) (Frank if you are reading maybe it would be a good idea to call out the aftercare or send people a email with a link to it when the appt is made or after.) Bottom line--if you are looking to update your bathroom or just freshen up old, mildewy tiles and can't afford a full bathroom remodel, reglazing is a wonderful option and Supreme did a fabulous job for me! Thank you Frank and team!

When booking, the team was very responsive and provided all the documents required for my building in a timely manner for my bathtub reglaze. The glazer came early (which I appreciated) and finished within 3 hours (versus the original 4-5 hours estimated). There were some language barriers but with the help of google translate, we were able to mostly understand but there was some confusion during the process. The final product looks great but I opted for the non-slip add-on so I don't need a bathmat which ruined my tub in the first place which required me to go through this process. The non-slip doesn't really work and my tub is still really slippery. As a result, it wasn't quite what I expected (or what I paid for) and obviously disappointing. Especially when the post care instructions say NOT to use a bathmat but that is the "resolution" given when I told them the non-slip was not, in fact, non-slip. Hence the 2 star reduction. I have had other tubs who had proper non-slip so if this is important, I would consider looking for another company who can do this properly.

From start to finish working with Supreme Bath Refinishing was a great experience. I spoke to Frank at length about the process of reglazing my wall tiles and bathtub in my full and half bathrooms. He answered all of my questions and assisted in preparing the paperwork needed by my buildings management to get the work approved. The cost was affordable and my neighbor had highly recommended their services. On the day of, the two workers who came to reglaze the bathrooms were professional, thorough, and efficient. By the time they left 7 hours later, the walls and tub were dry to the touch and we were told we would be able to fully utilize the bathrooms next day. They had turned my embarrassing bathrooms into bathrooms I am no longer ashamed of having guests see. Even my buildings super who came to inspect afterwards was impressed at the quality of their work, was taking pictures, and asking for their contact info so he could recommend them! I couldn’t be happier…THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I used this company to paint my bathroom tiles several years ago, and I wanted to reglaze my tub and paint the tiles in white again. The painters came to the appointment on time, but the quality of work this time is poor. The white paint used this time was a brighter shade than the one used in the past. They didn't repaint a section of my bathroom and didn't let me know. They left a smeared line through a tile where they stopped painting. The tile has a bump where they attempted to blend the line, and it's two different shades of white. Also, many tiles were left gritty/rough. One of the reasons I liked the painted tiles was because the glossy tiles were easy to clean, but they aren't smooth anymore. When I reached out to Frank (Firdavs) he told me the line on the tile was a reflection, and dismissed me. I would not use or recommend them in the future.

Supreme Bath Refinishing did an INCREDIBLE job refinishing our bathroom! Alex did FANTASTIC work. We chose to refinish our tile walls, floor, and bathtub, and we added a non-slip finish to the bathtub as well. We could not be more pleased! The bathroom went from looking old and outdated to brand new. The photos speak for themselves. I added one “before” photo so that you can see the comparison. Alex made sure that the tiles were as smooth and even as possible, and he even removed a couple of unsightly bars that were screwed onto the bathtub walls. The entire experience went quickly and smoothly - the company was very responsive, and they were able to finish the job in less than a full day. The bathroom was ready to use after 24 hours. We could not be happier and would certainly use this service again in the future. Highly recommend!

Arranging an estimate and actual work date was a breeze. Frank was very responsive to my calls and texts. I was in touch with a couple of other companies, who were just difficult to communicate with, either not returning calls/texts, or not answering the questions I presented in texts an obvious sign to me they were paying close attention to my texts. After sending Frank several photos of my he gave me a price and we set an appt. John the worker arrived in a timely fashion, was professional and courteous. I was amazed at John's energy, and commitment to making the job as perfect as he could get it. Although the job took a bit longer to complete I was very happy that John was so thorough. I highly recommend Supreme.

Do not use this company. First appointment was a no show. Then they came to reglaze my tub and shower surround. They only did the tub and did more damage on the tub surround (See photos). They didn’t do the caulk. The previous glazing had the sand on the bottom of the tub for the non-slip texture, instead of redoing that, they spread the sand around so there are sharp little rocks on the sides of the tub and the bottom of the tub is slick. They removed the glass shower door and now it is broken. This cost me $350 plus tip. I am going to have to buy a new shower door. And have the entire shower and tub redone.

I just moved into a studio apartment in Murray Hill. My bathroom is a bit outdated in style, and it also needed some TLC. So, I have decided to freshen it up a bit. After doing some research on-line, I found Supreme Bath Refinishing company and amazing reviews it received from previous customers. I emailed them and asked for an estimate to entirely re-grout and re-caulk the bathroom (I opted not to re-glaze the tub). The response was immediate and they asked me to send some pictures of it. After sending them a few photos, they gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job. So yesterday, one of the technician (Alex) came to do the work. Alex was on time, professional, courteous and yes, wearing a mask! He came with the equipment, started working promptly at 9:00am and worked non-stop until about 1:00pm. So it took about 4 hours to complete the job. Neat, no mess and most importantly, it was a thorough job. In the first part of the job, he scraped the old caulking/grouting and then re-applied all in color white. My bathroom looks like new now! It definitely freshened it up and made it look clean and shiny. You won't be able to use it the next 24h. or so, but it's worth it! So, if you are like me- not ready to gut out your current bathroom and entirely renovate it yet, go ahead and call this company, you won't be disappointed. With new caulking/grout, maybe a few new fixtures, like shower head, faucet and a new toilet seat, your bathroom will look fresh, clean, sparkly and (well almost) spa like!

Hope this...
