Horrible service on products with warranty. I'm supposed to SEND you my PC with all the data to a faraway place, so you could delete all the data lazily while I wait for a few weeks without the computer I bought for a lot of money and which I need every day? I don't think so.
Companies like NetOnNet, which earn loads of money should not betray our trust like this. Instead you should send someone to fix the faulty product you sold. A new, expensive PC shouldn't have unexplainable black screens for more than a year. After having tried every fix on the internet (a problem no one is able to resolve basically), it's clearly their faulty hardware that's responsible. The service process is too complicated and too inconvenient. It takes days of communication and administration, followed by weeks of transport and service (repairs).
