Willys Göteborg Torslanda — Local services in Göteborgs Stad

I have experienced that in other large markets the sound of trolleys and chattering of people tend to bounce around, causing a very loud environment. This did not happen here at Willys Torslanda, so my whole shopping experience was a lot calmer, and by the end my brain was not as overloaded as it usually can be. Even the garage was quiet, somehow muffleing the sound of slamming car doors and trolley vibrations. The garage also felt unusually clean for a garage. No litter or weird smells.

They have now added a parking building on street level so you won't have to drive down into the underground garage if you do not want to.

There were trolleys in the garage so you could bring one with you up to the market, and also bring your full trolley down again to pack your bags into your car. Up by the entrance there are trolleys with baby seats available, and you need a coin or plastic coin to use them, which you get back when you replace the trolley of course.

There is a self scanning system, and nice discounted prices, for members. It is also possible to go online and pre-order your groceries and the store will pack them up for you so all you need to do is to pick your bags up during the time-span you pick when ordering.

The fruits and vegetables looked very fresh, and in general the whole store felt clean and spacious. Everything in the store was well organized and clearly marked. I had no problems finding anything I was looking for.

All in all, so far the only negative comment I can think of is that the trolley parking in the garage is kind of hidden when you park in some areas or the garage, so a sign somewhere could be very helpful. :)
