We had a really nice dog sledding experience here! They picked us up from Camp Ripan in Kiruna so travel arrangements were easy. Once we got to their kennel we were outfitted with really nice warm boots, mittens, and jackets. The dogs were so excited and happy. Our family (four of us, including 2 kids) all fit on one sled together with the sled driver, who was very helpful and informative answering questions as we were sledding. The actual sledding was a magical experience, sliding along completely silently through the snowy landscape. it was easy to have a conversation with the sled driver, as she answered all our questions about the experience, the dogs, their business, the area we were going through, etc. Once we were at the destination, a Sámi teepee, we enjoyed some cake and tea/coffee, then headed back making a big loop. We were sledding through trees and out on the open frozen river. It was such a fun experience! Highly recommend!

My husband and I went on the 1 1/2 hour sit down sled dog adventure. It was absolutely amazing! The staff are all very professional, organized, down to earth, and friendly. Our guide Peter was great with the dogs, very friendly, and very informative. The whole trip was around 12km (I think). Half way through we stopped and had a fika in a tepee (not sure of the Sami name of the tent). This is also when we got to cuddle and get to know the dogs. They were very sweet and friendly! It was extra nice since we were the only ones on the tour this day. We went at the beginning of April, which is a risk weather wise, so that is why we think we were the only ones on the tour. They provide all of the appropriate clothing as well. Thanks Lapland Sleddog Adventures for a great trip!

Dog sledding in Kiruna was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The huskies were full of energy, incredibly well-behaved, and so friendly, making the ride both exciting and comfortable. The trail was stunning, taking us across frozen riverbeds and through snow-covered forests that looked straight out of a fairytale. The guides were exceptional—knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the dogs and the land. Stopping at a cozy tent for coffee and cake by the campfire added such a warm and special touch to the adventure. I can’t recommend this enough—it’s a magical way to experience the beauty of Swedish Lapland!

We managed to get a booking during New Year's Eve and was fortunate enough to stay in their lovely Lodge as well as go on a sledtour with the dogs.

The dogs were perfectly mannered and did not bark at people, mostly at themselves, prob to psych each other up for the run. Otherwise they were very meak and quite once they were due to sleep. We did not notice any barking, nor any howling of which we were forewarned about.

The lodge itself is fully refurbished and modern with all the necessities available. We did not feel any of the cold from the outside and everything was sparkling clean not to mentioned warm and welcoming.

The hosts themselves were angels and made our company a bonfire, despite it being new year's eve. They were the most welcoming and sincere couple who did a great job not only with the service but also with the dogs, one could tell.

We recommend the sledtour as well as the lodge stay as a package, if you really like the dogs, this is a perfect opportunity to stay and play with them. Overall, a perfect winter wonderland experience that we all hope to redo...

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a husky dog sledding tour, and it was truly unforgettable! From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.

The guides were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made sure we felt safe and well-prepared before setting out, and their enthusiasm for the activity was contagious. They shared fascinating insights about the dogs and the sledding process, adding so much depth to the experience.

The pick-up and drop-off service was seamless and punctual, making logistics stress-free. It was great to just relax and focus on enjoying the day.

One of the highlights was seeing how well the dogs were cared for. It was clear that they were happy, healthy, and treated with the utmost respect. They were energetic and excited to run, and their bonds with the guides were...
