Yogiboost — Local services in Malmö kommun

It has been several years since I first tried and rejected Yogiboost the first time. After trying again my conclusion is that I kind of had the right idea from the beginning. The positives is that the natural tasting yogurt isnt half bad and the fruit (last in the massive line of toppings) was fresh enough. The addition of popping boba was fun. The decor is fitting with bright and mixed colours while still keeping with the brand graphic profile. Process is streamlined and fast. The flavoured yogurt however was bad, real bad, and all the toppings that wasnt fruit was obviously bought in huge quantities and has become old and tasted off. The price is way to high for the low quality. Still Im sure that their main group of customers (smal children) couldn't care less about my complaints. Förut när yoogiboost var i andra huset jobbade ett par unga tjejer och en kille dem var så grymma och snälla! Trevliga också! Men sist jag köpte en frappe på yoogiboost blev jag riktigt missnöjd. Jag fick en frappe med massa krossad is och ingen vätska alls? Den var HELT frusen. När jag senare säger till henne säger hon ”skaka den lite” , ”blanda lite” så går det. Jag vände upp och ner och sa men du den är ju helt frusen. Hon bryr sig inte. Vad är det för service? Allt har blivit sämre där med åren. Det är också oerhört dyrt med glass. Här ska man iaf inte köpa en frappe!...

Fresh fruits, but bad service. Been here a couple of times and for each times the service gets worst. The personal are young people with no sense of service nor understand of customer...
